PERSONAL VISIT & VERBAL QUOTE
Once we have established your requirements, we then find a suitable date for us visit your home and view the project. We will provide a free verbal quote for the work required during our visit. Generally, our area covers a 120 km radius, but we are open to travel discussions if you have a multiple item upholstery project.
Upholstery Fabric
Fabric is a hugely individual choice, and as micro-entrepreneurs, we don’t hold stock but advise you on the best place to purchase good quality upholstery fabric in your chosen style. See more here.
During our visit, your project will be measured and you will be advised on the number of metres of fabric required.
Written Quote
We always follow up our visit with a written quote, also known as a Devis here in France. Your quote will detail the labour costs and will advise the number of metres of fabric required.
Photos & Pricing
Unfortunately it is impossible to price individual projects over the phone or on seeing photographs. A home visit is necessary to see and feel the item, to determine exactly what is required to complete the project. Some foam, springs, webbing or frame requirements aren’t always noticed to an untrained eye.
Timescales
Once you are happy with your quote and your ordered fabric has arrived, we make an appointment to visit and collect your item/s.
As a guide, we should deliver back to you within 4-6 weeks of collection – this timescale may be extended if specialist work materials are required but we will always keep you updated.
